Weekly Rates 2012 The Lodge is booked from Friday to Friday to enable you to enjoy all the weekend events going on around us. Short breaks are available from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. High season: Weeks beginning Fridays: Mid season: Weeks beginning Fridays: Low season Weeks beginning Fridays: Dogs:   - £540 per week Mar 30 : Apr 6 May 4 : Jun 1 Jul 6,13, 20, 27 Aug 3, 10, 17, 24 Dec 21, 28 - £440 per week - £340 per short break Feb 10, 17 Apr 13, 20, 27 May 11, 18, 25 Jun 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 Aug 31 Sept 7, 14, 21, 28 Oct 5, 12, 19, 26 - £340 per week - £250 per short break Jan 6, 13, 20, 27 Feb 3, 24 Mar 2, 9, 16, 23 Nov 2, 9, 16, 23 - £30 per week - £20 per short break Terms and Conditions A deposit of £100 is payable with booking and is non-returnable. The remainder is due 6 weeks before the date of arrival. In the event of cancellation we will endeavour to re-let the house and refund the balance. We suggest you take out your own insurance against losses/injury. We request you take good care of the house and its contents and leave them in the condition that they were on your arrival. You will be liable for the cost of any breakage, damage or extra cleaning which is incurred during your stay. Only the people whose names are listed on the booking form will have the right to occupy the house and we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone else. We reserve the right to enter the house at any reasonable time to inspect the house and carry out any necessary repair or maintenance. By prior arrangement, we welcome well behaved dogs. No dogs in the bedrooms, please. The charge is £30 per week. We are strictly a no smoking establishment.
